• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
